Transaction Currency
All transactions conducted on this website are in South African Rands (ZAR). Support for other currencies will be supported at a later date.

Prices & VAT
All prices advertised are discounted for EFT transfers and include VAT at 14%. Credit card purchases incur a 5% surcharge for processing fees.

Returns & Refunds
Faulty products should be returned unused within 7 days. Standard manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. For refunds and/or incorrect purchases, products must be returned with all packaging, accessories, and be in a saleable condition. A processing/re-stocking fee of up to 15% of product price may apply.

Credit Cards
All our credit card transactions are processed by Netcash (Pty) Ltd, and no credit information is stored on our servers. Netcash has world-class security in place on their servers while processing your details. For your protection and ours, to complete a purchase with a credit card we will need the following 2 pages faxed through:

- a page with your ID, drivers license & credit card front
- a page with a utility bill in your name

Credit card processing fees are not refunded when entertaining chargebacks. Various other security checks may be used to verifiy cardholder authenticity. Only South African cards will be accepted (unless authorised by management). A clearance period may apply for certain products.

Terms of Trade
The products which appear on the Flygadgethouse website are displayed as an invitation to do business and to allow you to make an offer to purchase the products to Flygadgethouse. Only when Flygadgethouse has accepted your offer and delivered the products, will an enforceable agreement of sale be transacted. Flygadgethouse may cancel the sale at any time. The price of any products sold through Flygadgethouse shall be confirmed on the acceptance of your order. Despite our best efforts, products offered on the website may be mis-priced. If the correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower price will be charged. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you for assistance before accepting your order. Flygadgethouse reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without providing any reasons, and also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Flygadgethouse shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, less any applicable charges including, but not limited to, payment processing charges. Flygadgethouse shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Flygadgethouse will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid, less any applicable charges such as courier & payment processing charges.

from us electronically, and agree that all agreements, notices, and any other communications sent by Flygadgethouse satisfies any legal requirements, including the requirement that such communications should be "in writing".

Account Registration
In order to purchase products, you are required to register as a buyer. This is restricted to individuals who may legally enter into binding and enforceable agreements. Registration is provided at no cost to you and does not obligate you to purchase any products or divulge financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account details. Information provided by you in the account registration is warranted by you to be complete and accurate. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your new account and welcoming you to the website. Confirmation emails typically arrive within the hour. You are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your password. You agree that any communication or transaction that may be made using your password shall be attributed to you.

Flygadgethouse chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 350 Gale Street, Congella, Durban, South Africa.

Time & Place of Agreement
Agreement as to the terms of use and terms and conditions of Flygadgethouse shall be deemed to have been accepted by you at the first visit of the Flygadgethouse (www.flygadgethouse.com) website, and thereafter confirmed on each visit. The said agreement shall be deemed to have taken place in Durban, South Africa. As this site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Republic of South Africa, it is therefore governed by South African law.

Changes To Agreement
Flygadgethouse may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. All reasonable efforts will be made to alert customers to any changes made.
